20|20 Integrated Solutions Pty Ltd was founded in Queensland in 2006 by Unna Liddy and Bret Mannison. We have since built a reputation for excellence in consultancy services in the field of quality management, accreditation support and business planning.

The quality of our work is demonstrated by our appointment to a number of Australian Government preferred provider panels and the high percentage of new contracts we enjoy from current and past clients.

20|20 Integrated Solutions Pty Ltd has extensive experience working with Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations across all States and Territories of Australia in the areas of quality management and operational support, corporate and clinical governance, accreditation and standards, and business planning.

Over the past 5 years 20|20 Integrated Solutions has been engaged by over 60 Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations to carry out more than 150 projects involving business capacity building and planning, quality management, human services and accreditation support. 

Our directors and consultants hold clinical, business and quality management qualifications.  A number of our consultants have extensive nursing experience in nurse management, palliative care, home care, emergency care, aged care, family health care as well as experience with the RACGP Standards for General Practice, Core Standards for Safety and Quality in Healthcare, ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems requirements; the Australian Council on Health Care Standards (ACHS) and the Quality Improvement Council (QIC) Standards.
