20|20 Integrated Solutions seeks to ensure that Quality Coordinator is affordable and competitively priced no matter how big or small your organisation.

Our software design philosophy is to empower all staff with access to information. This means that a Quality Coordinator licence will allow all users/computers in your organisation to access the software.

Product cost includes:

• Fully concurrent licenses for all users on the network. This means all staff can use the system at the same time.
• Annual system upgrades for three years
• 2 days onsite system set-up and introductory ‘train the trainer’ training for nominated staff
• Additional training days for staff groups can be purchased at $980 per day which includes training materials for each participant
• Training costs includes onsite and preparation time only. Travel expenses will be charged at cost.
• Helpdesk support for three nominated staff for the three years
• 2020’s Quality documents, resources and templates
• Access to 20|20’s customer support portal, a password protected website with resources, discussion and tips on using the software for three years
• Support to transfer existing data into QMS (for existing customers with 20|20’s Excel spreadsheet tools)
• Option to pay an annual subscription after three years to keep receiving the above benefits
• Full ownership of the software in perpetuity after the total cost is paid
